Practicalities


first meetings

For a first date I suggest anywhere between two and six hours, depending on what you have in mind — a shorter afternoon, a dinner date, or an evening out.

If you'd prefer to get to know each other first, I'm happy to start with a two-hour social-only date, with no expectation beyond good company.

screening

I ask each new client to go through a brief screening before we meet. For the right person this isn't an inconvenience so much as reassurance: a sign of the care I take, and of the discretion you can expect from me in return. I take privacy seriously — both yours and mine — and my only wish is that our meeting is safe and enjoyable for us both.

deposit & payment

To secure our date I ask for a deposit of:

  • 25% for bookings of up to 4 hours

  • 35% for bookings of up to 12 hours

  • 50% for bookings longer than 12 hours, and any booking outside London

This permits me to commit time in my schedule and start planning our date. A number of deposit methods are provided upon enquiry.


rescheduling & cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable and secure your chosen date exclusively. However, even the best-laid plans can go awry, so you may reschedule once and carry your deposit to a new date, provided you give fair notice for the length of the booking:

  • Up to 4 hours — minimum 48 hours' notice

  • Up to 12 hours — minimum 72 hours' notice

  • Longer than 12 hours, or travel — minimum 7 days' notice

With the required notice, your deposit carries to a new date within one month of the original. With less than the required notice, the original deposit is forfeit and a fresh deposit is required to reschedule; only this second deposit is deducted from your final booking fee.

For travel bookings, any expenses I've already committed to are non-refundable if you cancel.

Should I ever need to cancel, your deposit is returned in full, unless the cancellation follows poor conduct or a failure to meet agreed terms, in which case it is retained.


travel & fly-me-to-you

I'm happy to join you wherever you are in the world. When you enquire, please include in your email your preferred dates, the city, the duration, and a rough idea of the itinerary you have in mind.

I arrange my own flights, transport (and accommodation, if relevant), and provide you with a quote; these expenses are additional and due alongside the deposit.
